- Return Period
You can request a return within 3 days of receiving the item. Please ensure the returned item is unused and in its original packaging.
- Return Conditions
Items must be in brand new condition, unused, unwashed, and retain all original labels and packaging (both opened and unopened products are eligible for return).
Except for defects inherent to the brand itself, some products cannot be returned after opening.
- How to Request a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

We will process your request within 48 hours and provide you with return authorization and detailed return instructions.
- Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to incorrect shipment or damaged goods, we will cover all return shipping costs.
For returns not due to quality issues, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned goods and confirm they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
The refund will be sent via the original payment method. The exact arrival time may vary depending on the bank or payment platform.
